SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

SHIPPING COSTS BELGIUM

We keep shipping costs/delivery costs for Belgiumethe following rates:

• We do NOT charge delivery costs for orders above €39.00
• We charge €4.95 for orders under €39.00

DELIVERY TIMES

• We only deliver after approval of payments via IDEAL, Mastercard, Visa and Paypal.
• After payment you will receive your order within 1 to 2 working days.
• Our orders are delivered via GLS.
• If the product you ordered is not in stock and the delivery time will take longer than 1 or 2 working days, we will inform you as soon as possible.

EXCEPTIONS

During extra busy periods such as the December holidays or special promotional days such as VAT days, different delivery times may apply to all delivery options.

SHIPPING AFTER PREPAYMENT VIA IDEAL

You can pay with iDEAL on our site. This works quickly and easily. Especially because all major banks are participating in this. With this payment service you pay for purchases on the internet directly. The big advantage? With one click you are within your own familiar banking environment of internet banking. iDEAL was developed by Rabobank, ABN AMRO, ING Bank and Postbank. All internet banking customers of the participating banks can use it.

RETURNING ORDER

You can return an order to us by post within 14 days of the receipt or collection date. To return shipments, please follow the procedures below.

RETURNS

We adhere to the following points for returns:

• If you return a product, we request that you complete our returns form and enclose a (copy of) invoice.
• Do not forget to stamp the package sufficiently.
• We also recommend that you take out additional insurance for the package, as you are liable for the return shipment.
• Used products and products for which the seal (or plastic packaging) has been broken cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. If it turns out that a used product has been returned, the purchase price will not be refunded.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You can also download the form directly by clicking here.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount (excluding shipping costs). Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

Exchange product?

Would you like to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact us for this getcute@locksnlips.be However, you will bear the costs of returning the product yourself.”
