About SheaMoisture
SheaMoisture was founded in 1991 by Richelieu Dennis and is named after his grandmother Sofi Tucker, who sold shea butter at markets in Sierra Leone. The brand is known for rich shea butter formulas and lines such as Jamaican Black Castor Oil and Manuka Honey.
