Returns in 14 days

Not completely happy with your order? You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. After letting us know, you have another 14 days to send the products back.

How to return

Email us at info@locksnlips.be with your order number and the products you want to return.
Fill in the return form and put it in the package together with (a copy of) your invoice.
Send the package to LocksNLips, Mallekotstraat 46, 2500 Lier, Belgium. Make sure it has enough postage; we recommend a tracked shipment.

Good to know

For hygiene reasons, used products and products whose seal or plastic wrapping has been opened cannot be returned.
Please return products with all accessories and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
If a product comes back damaged or used beyond what is needed to judge it, we may deduct the loss of value.

Refund

Once we have received your return in good order, we refund the order amount within 14 days, using the payment method you paid with. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Exchange

Would you rather have a different product? Email us and we will arrange it. The cost of sending the product back is at your own expense.

Wrong or damaged order?

Received the wrong product, or something arrived damaged? Let us know within 2 months of delivery with a photo, and we will find a solution together.
